Tiscali's UK arm merged with Video Networks in August with the aim of offering broadband, telephony and digital TV. That triple-play could be followed by a quadruple-play as Tiscali was subsequently said to be in discussions with potential partners aimed at adding mobile telephony to the bundle.
Reports said Tiscali would end up with around 480 staff in the UK after the merger.
Video Networks gained an 11.5% stake in Milan-based Tiscali under the deal.
