UK artists produce limited edition Sky+HD boxes for World Cup

To mark the World Cup being broadcast in high definition this year, Sky has partnered with three English artists to produce a limited edition collection of football themed Sky+HD 1TB boxes.

Fashion designer Wayne Hemingway, illustrator Gerald Scarfe and actor Phil Daniels have each produced a design which reflects what the World Cup means to them.

The Sky+HD 1TB box offers one terabyte of personal storage (240 hours of HD content) which is 4X more storage than Sky's latest STB.

The limited edition boxes will be available from late May, ahead of start of the tournament on 11 June.

Sky+HD provides access to the World Cup from BBC HD and ITV1 HD who were awarded the coverage rights for this year's tournament.
