Knockmore goes digital

Morayshire, Strathspey and parts of Easter Ross in Scotland have completed the switch to digital television.

On 22 September all analogue TV channels in the region were switched off at the Knockmore transmitter group.

Extra Freeview channels are now being broadcast from seven local relay transmitters serving the region.

The changes also affect existing Freeview viewers, who may find some of their channels missing. The services have moved to new frequencies and can be restored by retuning Freeview TVs and boxes.
