Channel Islands go digital

The Channel Islands have completed the switch to digital television.

Analogue TV in the Channel Islands was switched off permanently at the Fremont Point transmitter group on 17 November, allowing Freeview digital channels to be broadcast across the islands for the first time.

Digital UK has advised viewers to re-tune their Freeview equipment in order to receive the full range of services available.
