TV is the medium of the future says ITV's McCall

Despite a 5% decline in advertising revenues, ITV's chief executive, Carolyn McCall has used one of her first public appearances, speaking at ISBA's conference, to discuss the power of TV for advertisers referring to TV as "the medium of the future".

She went on to explain "My 7.5 years as an advertiser has made me convinced that TV remains the most powerful and effective multi-platform in the UK. With the quality and volume of brilliant content, there has never been better time to be a viewer and an advertiser."
