D-Book 12.7: Updates to test suites

General release comments:

• New DTT SI/PSI test case: testing SFN scenario of receiving EIT from a different instance of the same service (non-mandatory).
• AIT test case for invalid HbbTV version updated to v1.7.2.
• Additional test case bug fixes.
• Please note the HD Linear Services Extensions documentation has been updated to v12.70. The streams from the v12.60 remain the same so have been left unchanged.
• Please note the MHEG HD Extensions documentation has been updated to v12.70. The streams from the v10.00 remain the same so have been left unchanged in the release.
• These updates are available to all existing fully supported licence holders.
• These test suites are being used for conformance testing as of 01/07/2023.
• Full release notes can be downloaded from the FTP or viewed via the Squish milestone.
