What sets you apart from the competition?
Zixi compresses null packets, typical in CBR broadcast streams, and is also video aware removing repetitive packets resulting in lower bandwidth requirement on the network pipe of 30% to 50% less than open-source options which reduces egress costs 30-50% when the Zixi Protocol is sent to the egress targets. The Zixi Protocol supports throughput up to 5Gbps including jumbo frame support.
- The Zixi Protocol is 14x more efficient per stream so compute cost and energy consumption is greatly reduced
- Zixi also runs on ARM Processers which are 95% of the cost and energy consumption of other compute processors
- Zixi supports ~0ms latency. Zixi proprietary and tuned congestion aware FEC can be used to achieve latencies as low as transit time with no additional latency for the protocol
