What does your organisation do and where do you focus within the TV ecosystem?

What major shifts are currently shaping the television industry from your perspective?

The entire TMAGS landscape is being affected and transformed by AI.  It is enabling monetisation and innovation like never seen before.  The opportunities that Endava and AI offers to bold companies in terms of new revenue streams, better customer data, faster and more intelligent analytics… plus cost reductions.  This makes the need for a credible and experienced partner vital.

What is the biggest challenge the industry needs to address over the next five years?

The opportunity to grow in this new AI paradigm is immense, however it can fill teams with anxiety and fear of job role changes.  Embracing the changes and upskilling will help to improve team performance and enjoyment.

What opportunity excites you most right now in the evolution of television?

In stream advertising needs to get better, however it does offer a way to keep sports on free to air services.  This societal and commercial shift will change a lives of people who don’t have access to Pay TV.  This will have massive impact on our communities as a whole.

How is your organisation helping the industry navigate these changes?
