TiVo – Driving Viewer Engagement with Personalised Content Discovery


Personalisation can have a dramatic impact on content click-throughs and viewer engagement, according to the results of several proprietary analyses of TiVo’s pay-TV and content provider customers’ activity. In the studies, viewers spent more time clicking and watching when search results and recommendations were tailored by TiVo’s Personalized Content Discovery (PCD) platform. The platform provides the insights into behaviour that allowed our customers to optimise discovery even further.
