In order to assess both the effectiveness of TiVo’s Personalized Content Discovery (PCD) platform – TiVo’s suite of search, recommendations, voice and analytics technologies – as well as the impact of personalising the user experience overall, we conducted a thorough analysis of churn rates for the subscriber bases of some of our own service-provider customers.
