Claudia is a marketing and strategy executive with over 20 years of international experience in media, broadcasting and communication. She advises media companies c-level on how to diversify their talent and reach gender parity.
In 2018 she joined the European Broadcasting Union as Head of Diversity Programmes for Members, where she led thought leadership programs to stimulate public service media companies to embed gender equality in their strategies and build inclusive cultures. She authored the “All Things Being Equal” guidelines and launched the #PSM4Equality campaign. Previously she was Director of Global Market Research and Customer Experience at Eutelsat, the Paris-based global satellite operator, where she carried industry leading research on TV distribution, new standards (4K/UHD) and customer satisfaction. After starting her career in the United States in multicultural advertising, she has led the worldwide launch of TV Files (1st European start-up at the crossroads of video broadcasting and IP).
Claudia is a regular presenter at media industry global events, a judge on industry Awards & contests, a board member of IABC (2016-2018), and a member of the Professional Women Network’s The Board Network.
Claudia lives in Geneva, Switzerland and enjoys outdoors sports and nature with her husband and two quadri-lingual boys.

James is Chief Commercial Officer of Red Bee Media, a position he held when Ericsson acquired the business in 2014. He has been involved in providing Broadcast Managed Services for 15 years and has been instrumental in the development of the UK market through his personal leadership and responsibility for the majority of strategic outsourcing business Red Bee Media has secured in this market.
James graduated from Leeds University with BA (Hons) and is an FCA and MBA.

Patrick Barwise (www.patrickbarwise.com) is emeritus professor of management and marketing at London Business School (LBS). He joined LBS in 1976 after an early career at IBM and has published widely on management, marketing and media. He is also former chairman of Which?, an experienced expert witness in international commercial, tax and competition cases, and an advisor and early investor in several online start-ups including Research Now, sold to e-Rewards in 2009. His latest book, co-authored with Peter York, is The War Against the BBC, published by Penguin in November 2020.

Richard joined the DTG in 2004 as Director of Public Affairs. He was appointed Director General in 2006 before transferring to Freesat as Commercial Development Director.
Following Freesat’s launch, Richard returned as DTG DG in 2008. In 2012, Richard was named as one of the 50 most influential digital media leaders by Digital TV Europe. Before the DTG, Richard spent 15 years in the TV industry with roles at Sony, Toshiba and Pace.
