Tell us briefly, what does Levira Media Services do?

Levira Media Services (LMS) is a managed services provider supporting content owners and creators across the entire media value chain. We work primarily with broadcasters to deliver content as linear channels, FAST channels, and on-demand services, across all distribution tiers. Our end-to-end offering also includes content preparation and supporting services such as transcoding, Media Asset Management (MAM) as a service, and workflow optimisation ensuring content is delivered efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

What is your mission as a company?

Our mission is to be a flexible and transparent media services partner, taking care of our clients’ content distribution at scale. We are committed to delivering content owners’ most valuable assets to the widest possible audiences in an agile, efficient, and transparent way enabling them to test, launch, and monetise their content quickly and confidently.

What is the most exciting thing coming up for Levira Media Services?

Our launch year has been focused on building the Levira Media Services brand and establishing a strong market presence, and we’re delighted with the positive response we’ve received so far. Looking ahead, 2026 is especially exciting as ongoing conversations and proposals turn into new customer partnerships. This next phase will see us delivering new services, deepening relationships, and creating meaningful value for the UK media market.

What is the biggest issue you think we can address together through cross-industry collaboration?

One of the biggest opportunities for cross-industry collaboration is creating a shared space where segment managers, channel managers, and content owners can safely test new ideas. By working together, we can enable a faster, more agile way of operating reducing barriers to experimentation and accelerating innovation. As an industry, there is significant untapped potential to deliver more content, test more formats, and better understand audience needs, and collaboration is key to unlocking that opportunity.

What many people may not know is that Levira Media Services (LMS) is built on the heritage and expertise of Levira, a company with over 70 years’ experience in transmission, media services, facilities, and IT. This long-standing foundation means we can deliver the full spectrum of engineering capabilities in-house, from building IP networks and virtual environments to developing applications all tailored specifically to the needs of the media industry.
